Offered by crew with a thorough understanding of customized service, the V.i.p. Service customer is greeted at the domestic and international terminal entrance if he or she is taking a departing flight and greeted at the plane gate upon his or her arrival while his or her baggage is taken by “v.i.p. service” staff. Upon departure, “v.i.p. service” x-ray security transition, check-in and passport procedures, at arrivals, passport control and, if necessary, purchase of a visa stamp, are completed exclusively by “v.i.p service” staff.

What We Offer?

	VAT(18%) is not included in the fees.
	Related charges are made separately; air passengers (5 and more) and groups travelling on the same flight are charged differently.
	The children are not included in the group count.
	Children between the ages of 0-6,accompanied by an adult, are free of charge; for children between 7-12 there is a 50% discount.
	Corporate agreements are made with companies for special prices. Service procedures shall be followed by 25% for bookings from 48 hours prior to departure time, and additional 50% fee applies for bookings from 24 hours before departure.
	The transfer vehicle meets you by the aircraft and takes you to the terminal building.
	The aircraft of the contracted airlines should be in “Open Park Position”.
	Tyhe passengers who purchased “Tema V.i.p.” arrival service may benefit from the service Istanbul Ataturk and Ankara Esenboga Airports.
